Alto-Shaam has detailed its standard lead times will continue to be maintained across its core product categories over the next 60-90 days, despite the supply chain disruptions continue to impact businesses and industries around the world.
Steve Maahs, Alto-Shaam president and chief operating officer, said: “With advanced anticipation and preparation, Alto-Shaam took a proactive approach early on, allowing us to mitigate any disruption in meeting our customers’ needs.
“To guarantee our standard lead times for our valued customers, we increased our supply safety stocks and enhanced our internal production and supply chain planning.”
Products within Alto-Shaam’s Quick Ship program, which is designed to provide quick, convenient shipping on the brand’s most popular models, will continue to ship same day or next day. Products outside of the Quick Ship program will continue to ship within two to three weeks of order, or sooner, to meet the customers’ request.
Maahs added: “We are proud to continue supplying our customers in a timely manner, during a time when significant delays impact the foodservice industry and global economies. Supporting our mission, Alto-Shaam remains committed to planning ahead to provide our customers with reliable products and services, where and when needed.”
